Glycolic acid peel, ph and concentration

The new year's resolution period is coming and has indirectly something to do with glycolic acid peel. Indeed, as we may decide to clean our messy cabinets and cosmetic cases, it is a good idea to renew our peeling products, since the acid concentration tends to increase. I liked this detailed (but easy to read) article on ph and acid concentration :

Even the FDA has weighed in on the issue and says that products containing AHAs glycolic and lactic acid are safe for use by consumers if the AHA concentration is 10% or less and the final product has a pH of 3.5 or greater.
